As long as British holidaymakers continue to chase the "Tuscan farmhouse dream", investors in rural Italy's property market will enjoy good returns.This is the view of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP), which believes that the southernmost 'toe' of Italy, is the most popular area for investors at the moment because prices are low.

Milan shares weaker on real estate
Milan shares were slightly lower at midday led by financial stocks and real estate companies on the back of weakness in Spain, while STMicro out-shone ahead of the release of full-year results tonight, dealers said.
